Creating bespoke jewellery holds a special place at ZARILÙ. It is an opportunity to work closely with each client to create a one-of-a-kind piece that feels deeply personal and made to last. We also offer, in selected cases, the possibility of reworking existing natural gemstones, giving them new life through a new setting or design, depending on the nature, quality and condition of the stone.

Step One: Consultation

The process begins with a conversation. You are invited to share your ideas, inspirations and references, whether through images, sketches or a simple description. Consultations can take place in person or remotely.

Step Two: Design

Your ideas are then translated into a first design direction, usually a sketch. Once the sketch is approved, we will start working on 3D renderings and the piece begins to take shape. At this stage, gemstones are sourced according to your brief, or selected from available stones.

Step Three: Production

Once the design is approved, the piece moves into production with selected artisans and workshops. From casting and goldsmithing to stone setting, enamelling and finishing, each step is carried out with care and attention to detail.

Step Four: Delivery

Once completed and carefully quality checked, your piece is presented in ZARILÙ packaging and delivered to you, whether locally or internationally.
